Catch Your Rebound

        In life as you progress or digress in your career, family, sport you name it.

The obsession with winning becomes real.

We often forget that we are human first.

Even as a parent, an athlete, a teacher regardless of the roles we play in life we are human first.

We spend time on our house, we spend time on our cars, our clothes and obsess with looking like success.

The concept of mental health is actually feeling like success.

Every step you take will not be successful. While you out there learning life skills in hopes of earning more; don’t not forget that your person has some learning to do also.

Success in itself can become a bandaid to deeper unhealed wounds.

An outsider would say, “How are you sad or upset when you have everything?”

Every greats in any industry will admit to this, we compartmentalize our feelings with championships and merits in mind.

Elite athletes have the willpower and discipline which gives them the mental edge in their sport.

To be a champion, you have to think like your the one, which means being prepared mentally.

This idea of fear, learning from losses, and working as a team player, among others. 

You might think that having an elite mentality can only be achieved by those already at the top of their game but your wrong.

Anyone can Rebound right where they want to be depending on what you’re willing to sacrifice.

Ego aside, personal feelings aside determination and discipline anything can be accomplished.

Push yourself beyond your perceived limits, take a different approach to life to succeed.

If you have the mentality of an elite athlete, you’ll do whatever it takes to get the job done. Do not allow results or opinions to distract your mind from your work.

Remain a student, even as you become a master everyone you meet is meant to teach you something.

Some lessons are good and some are bad, extract the good remove the bad and Catch Your Rebound.

All the training in the world will amount to nothing if you don’t take the time to know yourself and how you response to the pressure you’ll face in life.
